1. Operator
Sync Calendars is operated by Suisse IT GmbH, Kesslernmattstrasse 20, CH-8965 Berikon, Switzerland. Contact: info@suisse-it.ch.
2. Service
Sync Calendars lets individual users connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365 calendars, then create rules that copy or mirror calendar events into selected destination calendars. The service does not replace your calendar provider.
3. Accounts and Authorization
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that you are allowed to connect each calendar account you authorize. You can revoke access through Sync Calendars or through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Calendar access is granted through Google or Microsoft OAuth consent screens. Sync Calendars does not collect calendar account passwords. You authorize Sync Calendars to perform the calendar actions needed for the sync rules you configure, including reading source events and creating, updating, or deleting copied events in destination calendars.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate laws, access calendars without authorization, interfere with provider systems, send spam, or process data in a way that you are not legally permitted to process.
5. Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
Sync Calendars may offer a free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout. You can cancel a subscription for future billing periods, but already paid periods are not automatically refunded unless required by law or expressly agreed.
6. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Calendar provider APIs, permissions, rate limits, or account policies may affect sync behavior. We may update the service to improve functionality, security, compliance, or provider compatibility.
Your use of connected Google and Microsoft accounts remains subject to the applicable provider terms, policies, API limitations, consent settings, and organization administrator controls.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suisse IT GmbH is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, double bookings, provider outages, or calendar changes outside our control.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
