Overview
Sync Calendars lets individual users connect Google Calendar and create sync routes that copy or mirror events into selected destination calendars. Sync Calendars' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Scopes Used
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonlyis used to list available Google calendars so users can choose which calendars to sync.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.eventsis used to read source events and create, update, or delete copied destination events according to user-configured sync rules.
How Google Data Is Used
Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar connection, calendar selection, event synchronization, privacy controls, copied event updates, copied event deletion, and sync activity tracking. Users decide what information is copied, including whether copied events contain only busy blockers, titles, selected details, or full event details.
Limited Use
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, retargeting, profiling, determining creditworthiness, or training generalized AI or machine learning models. Human access is limited to support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or cases where the user asks us to investigate a specific issue.
Storage and Deletion
OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Calendar account passwords are never collected. Users can disconnect connected calendar accounts in the app, revoke Google access from their Google Account permissions page, or request account deletion by contacting info@suisse-it.ch.
